VARIETY AND GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Chardonnay;
PRODUCTION AREA: Lison Pramaggiore;
SOIL – ALTITUDE: Medium-textured, calcareous soils with an altitude of 100- 150 meters above sea level;
VINEYARDING: espalier training form with a density of 3800 plants per hectare and production of 11 Ton/ha.;
HARVEST: last week of August, upon reaching full technological maturity, with manual harvesting during the coolest hours of the day;
VINIFICATION: destemming of the grapes and contact of the skins with the must for 8 hours at a T° of 8 °C; separation of the must from the skins and its clarification by decantation, transfer of the clear must to steel tanks for alcoholic fermentation at a T° of 18 °C;
AGING: 4-5 months in steel tanks and bottle aging for 10 days before release for consumption. Storage in a cool place at a temperature of 12-14 °C;
ALCOHOLIC STRENGTH: 12.5% vol;
COLOR: straw yellow, brilliant, with evident greenish reflections;
BOUQUET: intense, fresh and fruity, with a hint of tropical fruit and green apple;
TASTE: harmonious, soft, fresh with good body and persistence;
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8-10°C;
GASTRONOMIC ACCOMPANYMENTS: appetizers and fish dishes, white meats and fresh cheeses. Ideal as an aperitif.

Chardonnay Trevenezie shows a typical golden color with greenish reflections. The nose turns out to be fragrant, elegant, characterized by delicate fruity hints of apple and peach. On the palate it is pleasantly fresh, soft and balanced, with sustained acidity and good structure and pleasant roundness. The wine presents pleasant sensations of smoothness and savoriness. Perfect with aperitifs and pasta and rice salads; ideal with fish, vegetable and risotto dishes
