VARIETY AND GRAPE VARIETIES: white grapes;
PRODUCTION AREA: vineyards located in the hilly areas between the mouths of the Sangro and Sinello Rivers;
SOIL – ALTITUDE: cool, gravelly, medium-textured soils that tend to be sandy with an altitude of 100-150 meters above sea level;
VITICULTURE: Abruzzi marquee with a density of 2000 plants per ha and grape production of 160 q.li/ha;
HARVEST: by hand, in the second and third decade of September;
VINIFICATION: soft crushing and pressing of the grapes, “debourbage” of the must at 10-12 °C, addition of selected yeasts and fermentation of the clear must at 18 °C in steel tanks;
AGING – STORAGE: 3 months in steel tanks;
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12.5% vol;
COLOR: pale straw yellow, brilliant with slight greenish reflections;
BOUQUET: delicate, fresh and fruity.
TASTE: dry, soft, medium-bodied and persistent;
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 8 – 10 °C;
GASTRONOMIC ACCOMPANYMENTS: seafood appetizers, fish dishes in general and fresh cheeses. Also excellent as an aperitif.

Bianco Terre Di Chieti IGP is a fresh and pleasant wine that presents a straw-yellow color to the eye. It is characterized by fruity notes such as peach and apricot, melon and almond. In the mouth, it is dry, slightly savory, with medium intensity and structure. It goes well with spring dishes based on wild and field herbs, but is also ideal to pair with aperitifs or fish dishes.
