Montepulciano D’Abruzzo DOC
13.5%
Montepulciano d’Abruzzo DOC is the region’s flagship wine. It is deep ruby red in color with purplish highlights. Organoleptically, Montepulciano d’Abruzzo offers a high polyphenol content and a good anthocyanin content. The taste is quite structured, robust, harmonious, persistent, with soft tannins and admirable balance. The intense bouquet hints at the primary aromas typical of the grape variety, such as violets and berries. Perfect with red meats and game, it is ideal with aged cheeses.
